What is Indian Head Massage?

Indian Head Massage (IHM) is a relaxing treatment.  I will work on your upper back, shoulders and neck as well as your face and scalp.  The use of deep, relaxing strokes will help ease away tensions and stress which can build up in these areas, as well as revitalising strokes to refresh you.

Who and how can IHM help?

Anyone can benefit from IHM. It is also a great way to be introduced to massage as you can remain fully clothed sitting in a chair, or lying down on my massage couch, and is a very relaxing treatment.

IHM can help relieve headaches, as well as reducing stress and tension in the neck and shoulders.  It can either leave you feeling completely relaxed or fully refreshed.  IHM is especially popular with people working in offices as it can be carried out during your lunch break, or as an on-site massage.
